Atom - A hackable text editor for the 21st Century

I was using licensed version of Sublime Text editor to write articles available here, but couple days ago I switched to Atom customizable text editor.

The main reason I switched to Atom is freely available source code using MIT license.

It is young project, with Atom 1.0 roadmap available directly at GitHub.

Just remember to disable metrics package if you do not want to send usage reports and note that currently it does not handle files bigger then 2MB.

Prebuilt versions are available for OS X, Windows and Linux.
