How to update outdated system activity information binary datafile

Convert outdated system activity information binary datafile to current format, so it could be read by up-to-date application.

sysstat version.

$ sar -V
sysstat version 11.6.1

Error indicating that binary datafile format needs to updated.

$ sadf sa.2019-09-19

Convert binary datafile to current format.

$ sadf -c sa.2019-09-19 > sa.2019-09-19.updated
